The Oncoming Storm

Very nice, I love your style of lightning. He looks awesome, like he's just a human, but he somehow also looks ancient, you captured that really well. One point is his collar, it looks a bit flat, like it's part of his neck. But hey, it's much better than what I could do, so it's not like I have much right to criticize. Ninth is still my favourite Doctor (no one can say 'fantastic' like him) and you painted him very well.
